How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Navigate to Settings → Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

How does the AI work?

Resume Glider uses advanced AI models powered by OpenAI to help you create and optimize your resume. All AI processing is handled securely on our servers - you don't need to provide your own API keys. Free users get access to our standard AI features, while Pro users get access to advanced AI capabilities and unlimited generations.

Is my resume data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your resumes are stored securely in our database, and we never share your personal information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free users can create resumes with basic features and limited AI usage. Pro users ($9.99/month) get unlimited AI-powered content generation, access to all premium templates (Style 1, 2, 3), unlimited resumes, and advanced customization options.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Danger Zone and click "Delete Account". This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your resumes and personal data will be deleted within 30 days.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds for partial months. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Can I export my resume?

Yes! You can download your resume as a PDF at any time using the "Download" button in the resume editor. Pro users have access to all premium templates for export.
